Honoring the archetype of new beginnings in your business

Every spiritual tradition has its own way of acknowledging the return of the light.

When days start to grow longer after the darkest time, we are connected to the archetype of New Beginnings.

Fresh energies are available to us, with new hopes for what is yet to come.

And because all those symbols are active in your psyche, even if you are not aware of them, it’s a great time to shine a light on how you do things in your business.

Personally, I like to refresh my message, review my strategies and reconnect with my inspiration.

If you haven’t done it yet, I invite you to engage in a similar type of process.

This is how I do it.

How I honor the Archetype of new beginnings in my business

1) My Message

When we don’t have a resonant message, no matter how many articles we write, or how many ads we pay for, people still won’t notice our work.

You are never really done with your message. The more clarity you gain about what your people value from you, the easier it will be to talk about your work. It’s an ongoing process.

These are the questions I ask myself:

  • Is my message clear enough?
  • Am I using too much jargon?
  • Is it too inspirational without being grounded enough in reality?
  • Am I using the right language?

2) My Strategies

Having a resonant message is a must…but it’s only the first step. Then we need to share it with the people who need our services, so they get to see and hear us.
This step helps me evaluate how I am spreading the word about my work.

  • How can I listen more to what my audience wants?
  • Am I sharing my message in the right places?
  • How can I show up more authentically?

3) My Inspiration

Making an income has never been a good enough reason for me to run my business. Money, as important as it may be, it’s not a good motivator for me. I need to have a deeper meaning, a sense that my business allows me to live my purpose and help others improve their lives.

And so, every year I ask my heart to show me one inspirational word to use as a compass.

This year I got two: Depth, and Connection.

So these are the questions I will ask about every business strategy, tactic or goal I’m considering to implement in my business.

  • How can I connect more authentically with my audience?
  • How can I deepen my relationship with my clients?
  • How can I bring more depth into my work?

And finally…
-Will this strategy help me add more depth and connection to my work?

It only takes a couple of hours to run through these questions, but they can leave you feeling refreshed and with a huge sense of purpose in your business.

If you find it hard to do it on your own, I want to help.

I’ve opened up my calendar next week, and I’m offering 5 coaching sessions…

…for free.

Yes. Real coaching sessions with me.
No selling during the calls.
Just me helping you go through this review process on your business.

I only have 5 spots available, on a first-come-first-serve basis. so if you are interested, please go here and reserve your spot.

It’s my way of honoring the archetype of new beginnings, and also honoring your intention to bring more light into the world through your work.

Wishing you the best for 2020
